The Undoing Guarantee

All Undoing products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product that you received from us doesn’t make you happy, send it back to us and we’ll issue you a refund or an exchange, no questions asked.

If you wish to send back an item for either a refund or exchange, send us an email at hello@weareundoing.com. A member of our friendly Undoing Support Team will walk you through the entire process.

How do I get my refund?

If you wish to get a refund, get in touch with us through our email: hello@weareundoing.com. We’ll send you a return label to go with your returns, along with any additional instructions. 

Once we receive your returns, an email notification will be sent to you. Your refund will be immediately processed right after that.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per your banking policy.

I want to do an exchange. Could you help me with that?

Of course! Send us an email at hello@weareundoing.com and our Support Team will be with you every step of the process.

Take note that you can only exchange your purchase with a product that has the same or lesser value in our store. Do remember to send the item back with its original packaging, including the receipt.

I purchased a Sale/Discounted item. Am I eligible to return it?

Yes, of course! We do not discriminate against any Undoing purchase. What matters to us is that all Undoing customers get products that make them feel awesome. :)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
